The Lamont Centre strives to be part of the development of a more inclusive society which is presently underway in Romania. Specifically, with the disabled minority in mind.
promoting paralympic sport in Romania and actively supporting the attendance of international paralympic events worldwide;
forming a paralympic team for London 2012 by introducing new sports for people with disabilities and forming partnerships with more evolved European paralympic teams;
being part of the world-wide disabled activist movement;
consciousness-raising and initiating programs which encourage the recognition of individual talents;
bringing together members of the national and international community who share the same purpose and vision.
The Lamont Centre is supported through donations, grants and sponsorship.
